The NAS East Ayrshire Branch Relaunches

 

The branch has now restarted with some continuing and some new volunteers. We have made some changes to our branch so that we can make it Your branch! Your Branch Your way!

 

With great thanks to the Ayrshire One Stop Shop we have been able to use the One Stop Shop building to run monthly Drop In sessions. We asked what you wanted and there were so many amazing ideas that we would never be able to provide the service by running our Branch with meetings as seen in a more traditional set up. So we changed what we are doing. We now run monthly drop in sessions. This allows you to come along and do what you want with your time.

 

• Talk about Autism awareness in East Ayrshire and share ideas and resources

• Have fun in the Games room playing the Xbox, with board games, or do some crafts

• Enjoy a social chit chat with other like minded individuals

• Share a more intimate chat in the 1:1 room upstairs

• Rent or Read a book from the OSS & Branch Library

• Enjoy our seasonal themed activity areas  

• Chill out in the Garden

We would ask however if you could please place a donation in our tin, then we would greatly appreciate it. All costs help us to keep going as we are completely donation funded. 

 

 We are limited in our numbers for volunteers and with trying to organise fundraising events, seeking donations, brainstorming new ideas, running events, running drop in sessions monthly, and running our online sites (facebook, and Website) we appreciate any help offered.
